Description
Eastern Rock Live Lobster, caught off the coast of New South Wales, have a firm, succulent and flavoursome meat that is perfect to use for cooking under the grill with garlic butter, mornay sauce or simply in a tomato chilli pasta. The lobsters hold an intense colour of red when cooked with a firm presentable shell- the meat in the smaller size lobsters will show a sweetness that the larger lobsters do not.
