Grilled Garlic Lemon Prawn Skewers

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the prawns onto the soaked wooden skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced.
  4. Brush the garlic lemon butter mixture generously over the prawns.
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the prawns are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and transfer to a serving plate.
  7. Serve the grilled garlic lemon prawn skewers hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
