Instructions
1. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and salmon (skin-side down if skin-on). Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
3. Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until slightly browned.
5. Add the honey, water, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
6. Return the salmon to the pan and cook in the sauce for another 1-2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon.
7. Serve the salmon with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.
