Ingredients:

  • 4 tuna steaks, cut into 2.5 cm cubes (each about 113 grams)
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml chopped fresh parsley
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2.5 ml chopped fresh oregano
  • 2.5 ml ground black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling)
